Luxe Elegance – Dani + Cy – Deux Belettes Wedding

Dani and Cy’s modern luxe Byron Bay wedding was a celebration centred around family, food and beautiful details. These two completely adored each other, sharing a contagious, joyful kind of energy that made them an absolute pleasure to work alongside.

This romantic hinterland day took place amongst the rustic charm of Deux Belettes in Alstonville – a breathtaking estate complete with stone walls, overgrown gardens and striking architecture. Drawing inspiration from the French-countryside feel of the venue, we designed their celebration around a neutral palette of layered timbers and soft greys with accents of blush, white and silver.

Dani and Cy’s day began with a sweet courtyard ceremony against a picturesque backdrop of cobblestone pathways and vine-covered walls. We styled the space with lush textural arrangements (a dreamy mix of dusty pink garden roses and fluffy white dahlias), crystal chandeliers and classic oak cross back chairs for a relaxed yet elegant vibe.

Guests then made their way to the garden for an alfresco cocktail hour in the sunshine, styled with timeless timber and white tones. Wooden dry bars were paired with crisp white bentwood stools, while rattan lounges were scattered underneath market umbrellas for a chic European feel.

For the evening’s festivities, a romantic dinner was set inside a clear marquee. Suspended clouds of olive leaf and pastel blooms created a lush ceiling canopy, hung above tables draped in soft grey linens and refined tableware. We designed each table with a focus on the finer details, using a mix of crystal glassware, luxe mirrored menus and elegant stationery (designed in-house by our team). As the sun set, our bride changed into an epic emerald green party dress, ready for a night of pure joy, good food and dancing amongst family and friends.
