Corporate Event Styling – Porsche Taycan Launch – Rivermead Estate, Gold Coast

As corporate event stylists, we love nothing more than wrapping our hands around a creative brief and designing unique brand experiences – especially when a hint of luxury is involved!

Earlier this year, we were involved in a very special event hosted by Porsche at one of our favourite Gold Coast venues, Rivermead Estate. Our brief? To create a luxe VIP experience for guests to see and experience the brand new Porsche Taycan – the first all-electric Porsche sports car.

It was essential for us to create a spectacular guest experience that would match the beauty of the cars being showcased. The manicured grounds of Rivermead Estate provided the perfect blank canvas for a modern yet relaxed fine-dining setting. We styled a luxurious long table on the wraparound verandah overlooking the pool (complete with floating Porsche signage), ready for guests to enjoy a premium long lunch after taking the new cars for a spin.

Using a bold colour palette of midnight blue and crisp whites, we opted for a simple, classic tablescape adorned with arrangements of fluffy hydrangeas, roses and orchids spilling from ceramic vases. We added a masculine feel with smoky glassware and charcoal linen napkins, contrasted with luxurious blue velvet chairs.

Guests enjoyed a leisurely long lunch on the balcony against a backdrop of soulful live music and stunning surroundings, with comfortable break-out areas for them to mix and mingle throughout the afternoon. Luxury sports cars, delicious food and a beautiful venue – what more could you ask for!
